Fishnick Realty Advisors, The Complete Inspection, Wisconsin House Partners, AxiomFishnick: How Jeremy Fishnick's Businesses Fit Together
Search my name and you'll find at least four businesses attached to it: Fishnick Realty Advisors, The Complete Inspection, Wisconsin House Partners, and AxiomFishnick. I've had more than one person ask me, politely, whether I'm spread too thin. It's a fair question, and the answer is that these aren't four unrelated side hustles. They're four parts of one job, which is helping people in southwest Wisconsin deal with houses. Let me, Jeremy Fishnick, explain how they fit together and which one you'd call for what.
Short answer: Fishnick Realty Advisors is how I list and sell homes as a Realtor. The Complete Inspection is my licensed home inspection business. Wisconsin House Partners is how I buy houses directly for cash when a seller needs speed over top price. AxiomFishnick builds the AI and automation systems that keep all of it running, and I sell those systems to other local businesses too.
Fishnick Realty Advisors: the real estate brokerage work
This is the one most people know. I'm a licensed Wisconsin real estate agent brokered by LPT Realty, and Fishnick Realty Advisors is the brand I work under with a small team. If you want to list your house on the MLS, buy a home, or sell a piece of land, this is the door you walk through.
What sets the listing side apart is a set of commitments my brokerage has approved: a Sold For Top Dollar Guarantee that pays you the difference out of my commission if your home sells below the original agreed list price (capped at 1% of that price), a $0 cancellation policy if you ever feel I'm not doing my best, and three service levels so you're not paying for marketing you don't want. The seller-facing site for all of this is fishnickrealty.com.
On the buyer side, I run a home search tool called the Perfect Home Finder and I work a lot with first-time buyers and Dubuque commuters looking at Platteville, Cuba City, and Lancaster.
The Complete Inspection: the home inspection business
I'm also a licensed Wisconsin home inspector. The Complete Inspection, which Google shows as Complete Inspections LLC at 411 N Adams St in Lancaster, is where that work lives. I've inspected hundreds of homes in Grant, Iowa, Lafayette, and Crawford counties, and the business has its own set of five-star reviews from buyers, sellers, and other agents.
This one came first, in a sense. Inspecting houses taught me what's inside the walls and under the floors of the homes I now sell. It's why I can tell a seller what the buyer's inspector is going to flag before we list, and why I can tell a buyer whether a problem is a deal-breaker or a Saturday project. I wrote about that overlap in more detail in why I'm both a Realtor and a home inspector.
If you're buying a house through another agent and just need a thorough inspection, this is who you call. The two businesses stay separate for that reason.
Wisconsin House Partners: the direct cash-offer business
Wisconsin House Partners, or WHP, is the part people find most confusing, so let me be plain about it. WHP is a real estate acquisition business. It buys houses directly from sellers for cash, without a listing, without showings, and without repairs.
Why would a licensed agent also buy houses? Because not every seller is served by a listing. Someone settling an estate from out of state, someone facing a deadline, someone with a house in rough shape that won't pass a lender's appraisal: those people often want a firm number and a firm date more than they want the last dollar. WHP gives them that option. When the situation calls for it, I also have access to my brokerage's Zoodealio platform for cash and creative offers.
Here's the part I want on the record. When you call me about selling, I'll tell you which path I think nets you the most money, and most of the time that's a traditional listing. A cash offer is one of six ways to sell that I'll walk you through, and I compared the two main ones directly in cash offer vs. listing in Lancaster. If I ever recommend the cash route, you'll know exactly why, and you'll be free to list with someone else instead.
AxiomFishnick: the AI and automation business
AxiomFishnick is the newest of the four and the one that has nothing to do with houses directly. It's where I build AI agents and automations, mostly on GoHighLevel, for agents, inspectors, and local service businesses.
It started as an internal tool. I was losing leads because I was in a crawlspace or at a closing when they called, and by the time I called back they'd moved on. So I built a system that responds to every new lead in under 90 seconds, books appointments, and follows up, whether or not I'm available. Once it worked for me, other business owners asked for it, and AxiomFishnick became its own thing. I wrote more about the thinking behind it in why I built AI and automation into a small-town real estate business.
For what it's worth, the technical background comes from earlier work: I co-founded a marketing company and built Par X Digital and Obsido Funding before any of this. Building systems isn't a hobby I picked up last year.
How they feed each other
Here's the loop, roughly:
- Inspection work teaches me houses, which makes me a better agent and a sharper buyer for WHP.
- Real estate work shows me where sellers get stuck, which tells me when a WHP cash offer is the right tool.
- Running all three generates the leads and follow-up problems that AxiomFishnick solves, and the systems I build for myself become products for other businesses.
- The automation means I can run a small team without dropping calls, which protects the service quality the reviews are built on.
None of these would work as well alone. The inspector who doesn't sell houses doesn't know what buyers care about. The agent who can't inspect misses problems. The investor who isn't also a listing agent can't tell you when a listing would beat his own offer. The automation guy who doesn't run a real business is guessing at what the business needs.
Which one should you call?
- Selling a home the traditional way: Fishnick Realty Advisors.
- Buying a home: Fishnick Realty Advisors, starting with the Perfect Home Finder.
- Need an inspection: The Complete Inspection.
- Need to sell fast, as-is, with a sure closing: Wisconsin House Partners, though I'll still show you the listing math first.
- Run a local business and want leads answered automatically: AxiomFishnick.
In practice, you don't need to figure out which business you're calling. You call me and we sort it out.
